    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    We ship to the UK, USA, Canada and most European countries. The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. We use several shipping couriers depending on shipment size and destination. All parcels are dispatched from the UK. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It then takes 1-2 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.     Customs & duties 

    Shipments outside of the UK might incur a customs duty fee. Please check your government's customs duty procedure and fees for more details. It is your responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the parcel arrives in your country, please do so promptly to avoid delays in receiving your parcel. You will not be refunded for the cost of your shipment if you refuse delivery so please also bear in mind that the shipping cost you pay is lower than the actual shipping cost.

    Returns Process

    Contact us at info@caraviche.com with your name and order number within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. We will provide you with a returns label to have the item returned and restocked in the UK. Ship your item using the returns label, please retain your shipping confirmation. Once we receive your item it will be quality checked and we will issue a refund to the original payment account.

    UK customer returns

    You have 14 calendar days to contact us and request a return. This returns period starts from the day you received the item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. The returns address is below.

    If you receive faulty goods, you can return these goods and ask us to replace them or get a refund.

    You must contact us at info@caraviche.com within 14 days of your item being delivered before making a return. Returns are at the customer's expense, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused with the original labels still attached. Please take care not to get perfume on the items as these items will be considered used. There is a flat rate fee of £4.99 for return labels, this amount will be deducted from your refund amount.     HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

    Items must be returned unused, with the original gift box and tags intact, and any free gifts received should also be returned.  

    Please try to use the original exterior packaging.

    Please retain your proof of shipping the return.

    FAULTY GOODS

    We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please contact us at info@caraviche.com and we will provide you with a returns label.

    To help us get this fixed for you ASAP when you first contact us please include the following information; Your name, order number, picture of the fault, and description of the fault.

    WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

    We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received the wrong item. So that we can get this fixed for you please contact us at info@caraviche.com and we will provide you with a returns label.

    To help us get this fixed for you ASAP when you first contact us please include the following information; Your name, order number, picture of the item

    ITEM NOT RECEIVED

    First, check the tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. If your item is not received within our shipping times stated then please contact us at info@caraviche.com and we will review the shipping for you. If there are no courier delays and the item is indeed lost then we will reship the item for you or refund your order after a lost item confirmation from the courier company

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

    All returns are quality-checked within 3 days of us receiving your item.

    If all the returns conditions are met we will process your refund to the original payment account. We can't refund your payment to a different account. It takes about 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

    items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. 


    Damages and issues
